- We take great care in packaging your orders, as ensuring their safe delivery is our top priority. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit, as shipping is handled by third-party courier services beyond our control.
- Shipping costs are determined based on the volumetric weight and actual weight of the parcel, as charged by the courier company. To minimize the risk of damage, all our shipments are sent via air transport.
