• Shipping times typically vary based on the delivery location and postcode.
• Shipping within India may take up to7 working days, while international deliveries can take up to 21 working days.
• Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, its movement and delivery are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party  courier partners. However, we will gladly assist you in following up and providing contact details if possible.
• We take great care in packaging your orders, as ensuring their safe delivery is our top priority. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit, as shipping is handled by third-party courier services beyond our control.
• Shipping costs are determined based on the volumetric weight and actual weight of the parcel, as charged by the courier company. To minimize the risk of damage, all our shipments are sent via air transport.

• Floral and fabric jewelry is made to order, requiring 5-7 business days for crafting.
• All other categories will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
• All our products are entirely handmade, so slight variations in jewelry or prints may occur compared to the pictures, as they are not machine-made.
