• Made to order: As all our floral and fabric jewelry is made to order, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
• Handmade: The beautiful floral jewelry designed just for you is made after you place an order, as we do not keep pre-stocked pieces. Therefore, we require a timeline of 10-12 working days to craft and ship your order. We kindly ask that you place your orders with this timeline in mind to allow us ample time for production and delivery
• Quality Assurance: We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our floral jewelry and strive to deliver flawless products. If you receive  an item with manufacturing defects or damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable: All custom-made floral and fabric jewelry orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  By making a purchase on our website, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.
• Extenuating circumstances:In rare cases where the delivery does not arrive before the wedding day due to factors beyond our control, we may consider offering a refund, provided all criteria are met.
  

You must track and report any delivery delays at least 2 days before the expected delivery or event date.

You will need to submit a digital copy of the wedding invitation within 15 minutes of notifying us about the delivery delay.

Before processing a return, the customer must send the jewelry back to us. Please note that the one-way shipping cost is non-refundable.

Once the refund is approved and processed, it will be credited back to your original payment method.

• Refund claim (*damage during shipping): To request a refund for any product damaged during shipping, we require an unedited video of the unboxing process from start to finish, with no pauses or reshoots.
• All our other products undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch, which is why we do not offer returns or exchanges on them.
